FAQs on snow & ice removal in Utah
Do you offer seasonal snow removal contracts?
Yes. A seasonal contract locks in priority service for the whole winter at one predictable price — so when a storm hits, you’re already on the route. We offer them for both residential and commercial properties.
Do you handle commercial parking lots?
We do. We clear lots, entrances, and access lanes early so your business opens on time and stays safe for customers and staff — and we include de-icing to cut slip-and-fall risk.
When does snow service start in Salt Lake City?
We’re ready before the first storm — typically by November on the Wasatch Front. Seasonal-contract clients are scheduled first, so there’s no scramble when the forecast turns.
Do you offer de-icing and salting, or just plowing?
Both. Plowing clears the snow; de-icing handles the ice that actually causes slips and falls. We pre-treat and salt walkways, steps, and lots so your property stays safe between storms.
Can the crew that mows my lawn also handle snow?
That’s the idea. Our maintenance and landscape clients roll straight into winter with the same crew that already knows your property — no new contractor to brief, and no gaps in care.
Should I winterize my sprinklers before winter too?
Yes — before the first hard freeze, a pressurized blowout clears your irrigation lines so they don’t crack over winter. We handle that as part of getting your property winter-ready. See our sprinkler winterization service.
